Just three words: seriously overpriced hotel. Basic room and no internet or breakfast included in the price. Had to pay 4 euros each night for the internet and the outrageous thing is that the wifi signal was very weak in the room so you could not really use it. Hotel staff was not the friendliest as well. On the positive... More

Very nice hotel in the city of Duesseldorf Very good location to reach everything in Duesseldorf within minutes. Tram stopps directly infront of the hotel Very quite hotel if you get a room facing the back side. Its a non smoking hotel. Staff is very helpful and flexible. I can recommend absolutely and its very clean.

A very good hotel for an attractive price. The room was very clean, the breakfeast very good. Most of all a nice and professional service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Next time I would go also to this hotel.

I stayed in Gildors Hotel for a night during my business trip to Duesseldorf. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from main station, and the hotel staff was very kind & courteous. The rooms are Ok in size and is comfortable for short stays. The breakfast is good as well and have some good authentic restaurants around. In... More

A good business hotel with very friendly staff who all seem genuinely happy to be working here. The hotel is well equipped and exceptionally clean. The rooms are small but well presented. Trams stop outside so great links to the city areas and airport. Good bars and restaurants near by.

I was there for Prowein last March and stayed just 2 nights. I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the one of my friends. But I wasn't disappointed. It's a small family run hotel. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. In the small lounge, you can find complimentary coffee and tea all the day. Very helpful... More

The Gildors is a small, family run hotel - like many European hotels - that might not appeal to some American travelers. Rooms are almost all very small. But they are extremely clean and well tended. The complimentary breakfast is NOT to be missed! It's worth the night's price itself. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is great to explore with... More

I stayed only one night during a short trip to Düsseldorf. The hotel is very easy to reach, there's a tram stop right in front of it (approximately 10 - 15 minutes from the main station). The place is quite small, my room was reasonably sized with two single beds and a clean bathroom. I slept well, it was very... More

Gildors is a very small hotel. But is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Its rooms are very big. It is pure and simple. Like life should be.
