Let me start with the positive part. An extremely friendly staff, which seem to care about you. Stayed 3 nighr in early June for business appointments in Dusseldorf. Set in a quiet residential area - Kaiserwerth. Friendly and attentive staff (English speaking) - very helpful, excellent buffet breakfast. Just around the corner from the train/tram into city centre.
