I was booked for 13 nights due to business trip . It was most disappointing experience.. Booking was via Booking .com 1. Couple of good things : just 2 persons at the receptions are really helpful, quite clean 2. Lot of bad experience : (a') Hotel Apartment was booked with the possibility for using the stove and fridge. After couple... More

I would like to highlight that this is only my personal opinion and experience, but I need to share it. Spent 2 days at this hotel and never back! First approach, nice, old building and very friendly personnel. After I saw the room, I was kind of unpleasant surprised compared to the money charged for one night and that it... More

Is a good hotel, close to Dusseldorf's city center. Walking to the Konigsallee is a couple of minutes. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast in a nice room in authentic basement. Although there is a small bar at the reception it is not a place to sit longer.

I stayed 1 night in December in this hotel. The staff is friendly and nice, but the building is dated and used. I had a tiny single room, not much bigger than a storage room - with a small, old television. The bathroom was very small as well, but clean. It needs an overall update asap.

The hotel offers very spacious suites with pleasant African artifacts and gentle stylish design. There is even a kitchen including dishwasher ( I did not need it). I recommend it particularly for people wishing to stay longer than one day. Parking with the elevator is a bit of a hassle, but breakfast makes up for this. Reception staff is very... More

When you walk up to this hotel, one has apprehensions. It's in a somewhat rough area near the main train station, and all the other hotels in the area resemble very cheap hotels. On entering it appears to be very basic, but on closer inspection, the lobby is actually small but well-maintained and with interesting magazines. The check in clerk... More

Loved the Burns Art apartment I stayed at in Dusseldorf during the closing stages of the World Cup football competition. On arrival you check in at reception on Bahnhofstrasse which is only a couple of blocks away. I believe you can eat breakfast there if you want to but I was going for the full self-catering option at around £40... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in January with D. It's about 10 minutes walk from the Main train station. The door leading to the hotel is a single glass door. As soon as you walk in the main reception is in another room to the left. Walk straight and there is a laptop and lift is next to it. Our... More

I was underwhelmed by the art that's for sure but the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly the pillows a were nice and the shower was hot and strong PLUS the breakfast was just divine, such a lovely spread with fruit cereal meats cheese juice muffins and pastries all day. The cellar area where it is served is also... More

I wanted the luxury of a hotel with housekeeping and breakfast but yet needed a place with at least two rooms and I found it in Burns Art Hotel. The suite room had a separate bedroom and an office/library which was perfect for a babycot. The sofa in the living area also converts to a sofa bed (pretty comfy when... More
