From check in to check out the staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean rooms.Quiet location but very handy for train station for visits to Cologne and surrounding cities. The Mercure is ideal as a base to explore Dusseldorf, especially if you come by train. Dusseldorf was a stop over stay during our holiday. The hotel was as all the Mercure hotels that we stayed in, clean, a great size room and friendly staff. The staff were very helpful to make the most of our stay in Dusseldorf. Close to station and a great location to see the Altstadt. Will recommend it! more
