I stayed two nights for a recent business trip. The room was as expected and front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Dusseldorf on business. Room on the 10 floor was quiet and modern. My associate on 5th floor had a dated room

Nice Hotel I was welcomed with fruits plate in the room but not the best service, Only Tsompanidis at the reception was help full and make you feel welcome, I think the hotel lucky to have some one like that, other person I like to thank Diederichs, she want out her way to help to all the guest, Over all good... We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. My husband and I were in Dusseldorf for a wedding. We will stay at a Marriott if there is one available. This hotel is located across the river from the city center. As others have mentioned, the train is located near to the hotel. Taking a taxi is also reasonable into the... More

I cannot fault the general manager and his team at this well located chain hotel. It has everything you would expect from a well know brand like Marriot, but set apart by the excellent service, attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. From being welcomed at check in with a glass of wine or beer and eats, the well... More

As a Platinum Marriott Reward member, I spent last year some 80 night in different Marriott rooms (plus several night in other hotels). I fully understand that sometimes things go wrong. However, the Courtyard Seestern was quite exceptional. The "complimentary" parking costs you 18 Euros due to the German interpretation of complimentary. Paid by the company, no big deal. The... If you are doing business with any of the loctions in walking distance this is ideal. You can get into town from the UBahn stop too - but the U77 seems to stop late at night so on your way back you will have a slightly longer walk. I prefer somewhere (both location and hotel) with a little more character... More

Reasonable base to explore dusseldorf. We were slightly concerned ref location but tram station is just over the road and main line station is probably 100 yards further on.....you quickly get the hang of them and rarely wait longer then 15 mins. Hotel is clean with good standards.....staff overall ok but sometimes a bit glum ! Breakfast can be mad....we... More

We stayed for 2 nights with our 18 month old daughter. It was our fifth stay and we were assigned to room 103. Checkin was smooth, the room was large and clean. We had dinner at the hotel the first night, pretty Ok fare for a business hotel. The crib we preordered was already in the the room, which is,... More

This is the second time in this hotel for our second year christmas market. The rooms are clean and good, the breakfast perfect, the location pretty ok as the tram brings you into the center easily. But the incheck experience is really BAD. They don't care and damage the experience of the Hotel. We were service by a trainee and... More

Nice hotel in a business oriented area. Rooms are good and staff very friendly. Julian's restaurant offers good but expensive food. Apple strudel is a must but be ready for a long wait (even if the restaurant is fairly empty) - not recommended for a short dinner.
