With not so friendly staff behaving unfriendly its losing its reputation. Even to enquire for a room they behave like they are doing a favour. the hotel being cheap cannot make the guest or staff behave the same. Its supposed to be a value for money hotel so the behaviour of staff considering anybody below standards does not seem appropriate.

The male personnel of the hotel ist simple the worse I have seen, they treat the customer as if the customer was begging to stay in the hotel.
