As others have said, the pillows are no more than covers they are that thin. Our room was on the front and was very loud. Workmen started drilling before 8am on our 2nd day and whilst not the hotels fault, you could hear everything. Inside the room was fine, clean and had a good shower. The hallway smelled musty. Had... well situatated from the main train train station.most of the staff friendly, beds very uncomfortable, pillows very thin and old ( need about 4) .hotel a bit run down although clean, not a nice part of the city, rather stay outside the city as the trains are very good.did not have breakfast.

Exclusively near the Hbf. Rather tasty breakfast is available from the very early morning. Trams are NOT loud at all, like some customers say. Service is pretty polite. We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of our Rhine River cycle tour. This hotel is inadequate for cyclists, with no dedicated bike storage area. We managed to manoevere the tandem bicycle down a narrow flight of stairs and 'parked' it in an open hallway (staff area only) then applied our personal bicycle locks for security. The... More

We stayed for a week, whilst attending the Glasstec exhibition. Rooms were clean, and well soundproofed, so the heavy traffic expected in a city centre location could not be heard at all. stayed here for a week in august 2014,it was lovely,the staff were very friendly and spoke english.rooms were cleaned daily and bedding changed.breakfast buffet was great,plenty of choice.free tea and coffe available all day.a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel,

Basic accommodation, clean and quiet. Breakfast very good: lots of cold meats, cheese etc.. (typical German), unlimited coffee, numerous teas (herbal & "real". Fruit, yoghurt & some cereals. No bar or restaurant in hotel..

Good location, close to train station, but not at the city centre. Room and bathroom was very clean, nice decoration and warm. But little far from old city centre, breakfast was ok, but generally in Germany breakfast in hotels don't have any sweets (croissant, cake etc). It was really cheap, i would definitely recommend it.

arrived late around ten pm went for a stroll very busy road junction right outside hotel. lots of small bars and sports bars open all night . bit dodgy around this area . lots of young drunks and guys hanging around the late café/bars. our room was small but clean enough . we faced the front and the first morning...
