Hotel is located five minutes walking distance from the Rhine and a ten minute taxi ride from the centre of Dusseldorf. Hotel staff are friendly and speak very good english. We spent 3 nights in Radisson SAS Düsseldorf last April. The hotel was great and the staff kind and helpful. The first night was however shocking.
