in other words, simple, basic, basic breakfast is minimum service but ok, you get food in your stomach. room was real tiny, like student room. bed not good. tv german ok service for taxis though, so you can get around town easy, but not the area to hang around.

The room are the smallest I've ever seen in 40 years. They made a mess of the bookings and were very rude when asking me to leave after breakfast a day earlier than booked. The price was exhorbitant (due to a big exhibition being on) and I would never stay there again. Bugs in the bed and in the room... More

This hotel is in a convenient location for business travelers. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and had a great shower. The HD TV was new and featured digital cable. Wifi was pretty good, decent signal and speed. On the other hand, the staff seems disinterested and distant. The room was very small. Even though I was in... More

I normally do not like to write negative reviews. BUT i am feeling so cheated by this hotel. My first bad experience of dealing with GERMAN hotels. IN Dec 2013 I made a booking for 2 nights in April 2014. Communicated with the hotel on 27th march to reconfirm the booking and provided flight details. On Sunday morning (my check... More

Recently spent three nights at this hotel whilst attending Karneval in Dusseldorf. Small, well located in Dehrendorf district of the city. The hotel rooms are small, but comfortable. Breakfast is buffet-style, and again fine. The hotel houses a sauna which we did not use. On-site parking by way of a carlift stacking system comes at extra cost. Room rates are... More

The front desk is available 24 hours with friendly & helpful staff. They offer in room wi-fi, onsite garage parking (make sure to reserve it beforehand), big rooms. Perfect for a night stay before a flight out of Dusseldorf airport. The hotel offers a sauna, restaurant and lounge and breakfast which we unfortunately could not take advantage of as we... More

While away for the day everything was thrown away. The room was paid for another two days but because they saw us going away with some of our luggage in the early moring the assumed we would not come back. One of us came back in the evening and found a complety empty room: away was a trolly, two bags,... More

Hotel is located around 15 min by tram from Dusseldorf main train station. Very isolated location, and late at night (after 12) the only way to get back from city center is Taxi (cost around 10 Eur). Hotel staff is unhappy, unwelcoming and trying to get rid of you as soon as possible from reception desk even during check in.... More

Travelling to Dusseldorf on business? This hotel will definitely meet your needs. You can walk to the Altstadt in 20 minutes or take a tram. Bus station is close by if you are going to Messe and the ride to Messe is a short one. As for the hotel...it is a wonderfully simple, European hotel. The rooms are small, but... More
