Stayed 1 night on while sight seeing. Very friendly reception staff, curteous and polite. Was provided a king sized bedroom and it was the best hotel bed that I have slept on! We stayed here for two nights. The upper floor room we booked wasn't ready so we settled for the 2nd floor, no view room. The room was spacious and clean. As a previous reviewer noted, WI is expensive. The only dining choice is a very expensive restaurant. The inexpensive cafe mentioned on their website was booked by groups both mornings... more

The price is high in comparison to the service offered. I've experienced some problems with the laundry service and I can tell you that the staff of this hotel has not actually understood what means quality and customer satisfaction !! Well... for about 320 euros for a couple... this place is definitely overpriced. Staff was average at best and they didn't even have porters for a 4 star... should lose a star just for that.
