My husband and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Dusseldorf with their Romance Package booked through a travel agency. The Holiday-inn had a very good location just next to the city center and shopping malls. We stayed in a family room which was quite spacious but the room smelled horrible of earlier smoking guests!
