My husband and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Dusseldorf with their Romance Package booked through a travel agency. The hotel was very easy to find, within walking distance from the train station. I stay here on a regular basis and it's OK. Good location for central Dusseldorf not far fron the Rhine. Bar and restaurant staff are great. Check in a bit stuffy. Breakfast is great. As a Holiday Inn it's OK but nothing really special. more

The Holiday-inn had a very good location just next to the city center and shopping malls. We stayed in a family room which was quite spacious but the room smelled horrible of earlier smoking guests!
