A bit pricey, but great service & beautiful hotel. Convenient location to city ctr., but without the noise. About a 12Euro taxi fare to city ctr. for shopping and Brauereien. Perfect location though if you're traveling on business and have meetings in the Medienhafen.

Redeemed my Hyatt points for two free nights in the Club Room. This is a new hotel and the decor is great, very modern, room is huge and very clean, staff are very helpful and it's right by the river. Will definitely stay here if I visit Dusseldorf again.

Topclass hotel and congress facilities. Good food Quality. Perfect service by all staff. Hotel is situated in a completely renovated area - modern and fascinating new architecture and design. Only negatieve point is the distance to the oud city centre. 25 minutes in foot - 10 minutes by taxi.
