Had to stay here due to a mix up with our original booking. Christmas markets in town and not even a stable was available. But if I'd have one it would have been better than this dump. Mix up with the room on check in and we were offered a room that was already occupied. Then they insisted on an... More

Its is a budget hotel close to station. very basic facilities. the breakfast is good. wifi is free, but weak signals and might get disconnected very often. There is nothing much to write about, the bathroom/toilet facilities are outside in the corridor (shared ones). The place is is a bit old and the rooms just got very basic amenities, a... More

Great price stayed here for one night. Appears a family run hotel with a really helpful lady that did us the favour of calling up train and bus companies to help sort out our travel. The hotel is literally a minute or 2 away from the main station it's not luxury but it's a great location and a very cheap... More

This hotel is one of the worst I stayed in. Firstly the receptionist guy tried and tried to put me in a lower spec room than the one I booked ie a room without shower. Then he tried to get me to pay for the room a second time when I had already paid before arrival. The room had a... More

Where to start with this 'hotel'. It's near the train station, but then again there are doorways that would offer more than Hotel Komet that are a lot closer. The staff are rude, one of the three rooms that my party booked wasn't ready 5 hours after we checked in. After complaining at this the receptionist got very aggressive, saying... More

Really close to the Main train station City center and shopping centers easity accessible from the hotel The room was too small - with the shower IN the room. You feel a little bit uneasy about the furniture that is really cheap and old

This isn't even a hotel, it's basically a hostel...wait I've been to nicer hostels. The conditions of the room is not the greatest. There's stains on the bed, and mold on the wall. Also if you are a sharing a room, you still get one key per person. However despite all of this, we had so much fun there. I... More

Due to the Medica exhibition I paid the room 245 Euros per night, but it is not even worth 20 euros ! - It was sold as a non-smoking room but there was an horrible smell of smoke and perfume - the room is very small with a shower in the middle, no toilets (it seems they've put a bed... More

Centrally located, just a 3 minute walk from Dusseldorf central train station, it is the only good thing this hotel has. Connections to the hotel are easy, the main station is easily reachable by underground and bus. There are some shops in the area where you can buy your needs. Rooms are very small, ultra basic, old furnished and in... More

In over twenty five years travelling on holidays and business trips I have never come across such a disastrous hotel. The deciding factor which enticed me to book this hotel was it's proximity to the railway station and had I known what I would have been going in for I would have run and run. The hotel receptionist only knows... More
