I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and was satisfied on all of the occasion. A most enjoyable stay in this beautiful city that has everything from interesting history to superb shopping centres. Staying at Residenz am Dom which has Coffee Shop, Bistro and Restaurant and many other facilities was a very good experience. All the places we wanted to visit were more or less on our doorstep. Staff very helpful as well.

We stayed at the Residenz Am Dom apartments again from 5 to 9 December and again had a most comfortable and good stay. Staff were very friendly and the apartments were clean and equipped with everything you could need. We will certainly be staying again in December 2013.

Residenz am dom located only 2 minutes walk to hauptbahnhof (central station) it makes me easier to go around while in Cologne. Terrible, terrible staff - terrible attitude, didnt care, moody, unhelpful, unwilling to provide a service. This alone would make me avoid the place like the plague in future.

We booked a comfort room for 4 nights through bookings.com.
