This was our second stay at Schloss Bensberg. It is absolutely a great experience. The whole castle is noble. Beautiful decoration, large & beautiful rooms, dream bathroom, great service, beautiful pool & sauna area. It has a gourment restaurant with 3-star cook. Our main reason for staying here was the restaurant Dieter Muller. Unfortunately both the hotel and the restaurant did not impress. Yes, the food is wonderful, but what would you expect from a 3 star restaurant. But it never impressed. It’s just good, nothing more, nothing less.
