I forgot my wallet in the unlocked safe of the hotel room and a shirt in the wardrobe so I called the hotel to let them know and to aks if they could post it to my address but somehow the wallet and the shirt disappeared - so obviously someone took it and I never got it back. When I... More

So I hesitating in rating the hotel a four, because overall, it was a great stay. The rooms were updated and clean and the staff was nice. My major problem was with how hot it got at night (and this is mid October) in the rooms. My room faced the street, so while I tried to leave the windows open,... More

The rooms were comfortable, but not particularly large - solo travellers should be fine with the basic rooms, but those in groups of three or more (per room) should definitely upgrade. Breakfast was NOT included in my case which was not an issue since I knew before booking and do not usually eat breakfast or eat at the hotel (just... More

We stayed at this hotel in August and found that the room was clean but very hot and there was no aircon, or even a fan. The room itself wasn't a bad size, but we were woken very early in the morning by noisy deliveries. We loved the bathroom, particularly the tiles that were used, a good shower. Breakfast was... This place is a bit difficult to rate. Because of the unnormal heat in the period of the stay the lack of ac in the rooms and in the rest of the hotel made it a very hot and humid experience. With the windows open it was still to hot and the noice made it impossible to get many hours... More

We visited in April 2014 and found this hotel really good. The room was a good size with excellent shower/WC room. The reception staff were really helpful and spoke perfect English (as was the case throughout Koln). The breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of hot and cold food. The highlight of this complex however is the spa... More

Friendly staff and feel like home. That the first impression when we check in on midnight. All the staff are very welcome and helpful always smile and give information very detailed. Small coffee shop for breakfast, lunch and dinner with simple dishes. The room is big with comfortable bed, nice shower room and very clean. Near to the convention center, train station,... More

Upon check in I was given a room that had not even been cleaned from the previous guest. After alerting reception I was given another room. The room I was given was absolutely disgusting to say the least. The room smelt terrible, the toilet bowl was horrendous. I refused to use it instead I used the toilet in the spa... More

We booked this hotel for two nights, and only stayed for one. We wanted to have a nice and relaxing weekend in the Spa and Wellness, but it wasn't quite as we expected. The Spa area is more like a nudist institution. All the saunas are "no-clothing zones" and most people walk around without their clothes in the general Spa... More

recently spent a night here before flying back to USA. We reserved the deluxe suite. It is very spacious and was located over a quiet courtyard. I highly recommend spending the extra money for the deluxe room and the amenities it provides. We used the spa two times that day and it was totally relaxing, especially at night before retiring...
