We booked and prepayed the room more than 1 month before and we got 2* star room at 4*hotel. We did not have even mini-bar. The quality of sleeping was very low. Excellent location for autobahns and trams into Koeln centre. Everything worked very well. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was some traffic noise if your room is that side of hotel.
