We stayed in the executive suite so our experience may not be typical but the Regency club rooms on floors two and six offered similar views and facilities. The staff were very helpful, hotel facilities were good including the spa/gym/pool area and location was a walk across the "luurve" bridge into town.

Great hotel with excellent service, the staff are friendly and very willing to help. The rooms have an excellent view of the river and are comfortable. Plus they also have a good number easy to access power outlets.

The hotel might be a bit off if you want to explore Cologne because down town is on the other side of the river. You might want to get a driver to get there. Great hotel with spacious rooms. There was a nice atmosphere created by a library look. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and cook to order food. Staff is friendly and prompt! They can improve by providing free wifi to guests, it should be part of the deal at a hotel like this.

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff very attentive and prompt in providing any request with the exception of the bar staff who were rather casual in their service. Very good hotel for business travel, well located and with beautiful views over the river. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast excellent, with good range of offerings. Car service prompt and professional. Only slight criticism would be that rooms feel a trifle dated. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Would select this as my top choice hotel for Koln.
