During our family visit on Christmas, we stayed at the Sofitel. One of our two reserved rooms had an awful cigarette smell and a change was done quick by the friendly and attentive personnel at the reception desk. Just returned from a 3 night stay, rooms clean, comfortable, credit card operated room safe (this only uses your card for locking/unlocking and does not charge), and plenty hot water.
