great location, typical business hotel if you know waht i mean. great breakfast, spotless rooms etc.

Found a good deal for this hotel online. It is not centrally located, but it is easy to get in to the center quickly by the U-bahn. It is nice and clean. We stayed at the Dorint for 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The tea and coffee facilities (included in the price) was excellent. The location of this Hotel is near the Kolnmesse and this is the reason we choose it, but the hotel is taking the full advantage of the Fair to charge the MAX for a room, but the cheap method do not stop here but it continue all the way by offering voucher for breakfast and then ask for 25 euros... A spacious and modern hotel, across the river from the centre of Cologne but excellent tram service right outside the hotel. Food was very good and the staff were friendly and efficient. We would certainly stay there again.

Just back from Cologne, after staying here for 2 nights. We went to see Andre Rieu at the Lanxess Arena and wanted a hotel close to the Arena.
