My wife and I spent 3 night here May 1,2, 3. Good, clean and efficient. Great breakfast spread in the restaurant, free wi-fi, fun art work. I would stay here again. It's a short walk to the Rhein, to the Domplatz and all of the restaurants and shops.

Great example of industrial chic! Rooms are small & minimalist but very well appointed - this is reflected in a very reasonable day rate that includes free wifi & breakfast. Breakfast is very varied and plentiful. Also ate dinner in the resteraunt which was very good indeed - Very highly recommended if staying in Cologne

This is an attractive hotel in a quiet location, a short walk from the station and the Dom. There is a good selection of restaurants within five minutes' walk in Eigelstein, along with a supermarket. The excellent Zum Kobes bar is a block away and well worth a visit. Breakfast is a buffet in the hotel restaurant, with a good... More

Stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy the Koln Christmas markets (great!). Good location, quiet, only 10 mins walk from the station and the Dom. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, and most importantly, little kiosks that sell hot drinks, which brings me to my first problem with the hotel. No way to get a hot drink unless the dining... This cute little hotel ticked all the boxes for a one- night work trip to Cologne. I arrived before check I but was given immediate access to my room and the staff were friendly and polite. They helped with taxis to my appointment and airport. The hotel's design was really cute, there is a lovely courtyard with vines growing up... More

I travel lots for business. For me this place is perfect. Quiet ground floor room, French doors looking out to trees ivy covered wall terraced garden. Very compact. Must have been designed by people who travel. Desk folds down. Lots of shallow shelves handy for unpacking. Lots of lights, unlike so many boutique hotels that leave you with a few... More

Very basic hotel with no extras in the room. Ask for room overlooking the Dom to avoid street noise. Staff are pretty apathetic - room for improvement in customer service . The location is good - 10 walk to the Dom. Also located near supermarkets and laundry etc which is good for travellers. Would recommend for families but ask for... More

This hotel is as adorable as it gets. The garden courtyard for breakfast is a wonderful way to start your day. Rooms are small (normal European size) but well appointed and very clean. It's an easy walk down the Rhine River (maybe 10min) to the Dom, train station, and Haymarket. Hotel is in a very quiet location.

we booked for a weekend a "Junior suite" The hotel is situated about 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and shopping area . It has a parking area for 15 euro's a day. It has a nice garden where for some reason nobody sits . There is a bar that opens up to 2300 . The suite was ok but... More

The hotel is not bad. If you don't go in winter, you can enjoy a nice garden/courtyard in the back of the hotel. Rooms are very modern, maybe too much. Mine didn't have a desk where you can sit for working, only a tiny "desk" that you can use standing until you don't get tired. It is not expensive and... More
