Stayed here as part of a 8 man stag do. Hotel great location. Stag friendly with good English. Breakfast ok. Price was good..ish at 98€ a night. Main two problems the rooms had no air conditioning which means they are very hot, and with the noise outside opening the windows is not an option, the other is the shower was... More

Stay: 2 nights in June 2014. Staff: English-speaking. Room: Single bed, on 1st floor. Very quiet for sleep quality. Work desk and table with two chairs. Very dated 70s feel. Bathroom: Stand-alone shower. Small plastic cup dispenser instead of glasses. I would have happily sacrificed some of the spacious room area in order to double the size of the small... More

Ok, so I'm driving from Amsterdam, a long drive, then get to the hotel, which was booked as an emergency measure as I needed a place to stay pronto. What a let down. The room I was given had the door lock busted from the inside. Therefore I couldn't get out of the room. I had to call reception to... More

Been to many 4 stars hotels around the world, this is THE WORST! I dont know where to start!! The rude customer service? The stupid elevator where you need a key to go to your floor? The very uncomfortable bed? The bad pillows? The horrible internet connection; where they give you a card with a limited data and I believe... More

Located nearby the dome, with friendly staff, nice hotel rooms (yet stained carpets) and comfy beds (I slept really good). Hotel is a bit run down, seems to be built in the 50ies and renovated in the 70ies. WiFi free for 1hour only, "free" minibar consisted only of 2 bottles of water and coke each. Slightly overpriced for what you... More

First time choosing a city hotel, so based choice on Tripadvisor reviews, and was not disappointed. Location is excellent, easy to find, short walk from central station, very close to Dom, Rhine and main shopping areas, hotel was fine, only used reception, lift, room & breakfast room, so can't comment on any other aspects.Staff were excellent, especially at breakfast, breakfast choice was fab,... The hotel was a disaster. Rooms were dirty. Wifi was only free for 1 hour. Then they charge you 8€/hour and you can use only 1 device. No safe box in the room. TV was a big monitor. There were no temperature adjust in the room. The halls were smelly. Very bad if you expect 4star.

A short walk from the HBf and handy for the Dom and Hohestrasse shopping. Nice entrance, but average welcome from the receptionists who seem to have plenty of other stuff that they needed to do. Upstairs in the old-fashioned lift which you need one of your 3 keys to operate (see photo), and into the room which was a small... More

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the room we had (Junior suite) was excellent We were there for the Christmas markets and this was a stones through from 3 of the best in Germany. The location is excellent. Walking distance to just about everything. Good breakfast. The rooms are ok. Small showerroom and no bath. The matrass of our bed was pretty worn out, probably old, I couldn't sleep all that well. Noise insulation could be better. There was a party during our stay and it was quite noisy. Free wifi that worked just... More
