My husband, 2 friends and myself spent 3 nights in early December 2007. We selected the Maritim because of the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The Maritim is a conference hotel so if you like small and bijou forget it. But if you want all the facilities that a large hotel can offer I cannot fault this one.... more

This is a great Hotel in a central loctaion for the river, city & Xmas markets. The food, service and staff were second to none. Our only slight fault was the pool was on the cool side. Beware if you are easy to surprize. You are in Germany they are not slow in getting there kit off in the Sauna!!!!!!... more

Two night break without the children. Absolutely faultless hotel, superb location, we walked into the city, and never needed a taxi or tram. The cathedral 'Dom' is magnificent, and you're spoilt for choice for restaurants on the banks of the Rhine. Flew into Bonn/Cologne airport, cost only 25 Euro to get to the hotel. My husband and I went to this hotel to spend the weekend in Cologne. Maritim was wonderful! Overall a great stay. I would recommend it to everyone. The location couldn't be better.
