I really liked the Pullman. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a small business center in the lobby with 3 computers/printers that may be used free of charge for 1 hour at a time. The view of Dom Cathedral was great. I picked the Pullman based on a review from Trip Advisor and I wasn't disappointed. The rooms were very clean and smartly designed. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in, and the comfortors were light and fluffy. We stayed at the Pullman for 3 nights in July 2009 and were very impressed. If you prefer unique, quirky, indiviual hotels it won't be too your liking, but everything about the hotel was of a very high standard. Stayed here for two nights, and prepaid to get the best rate, which worked out at just over £100 per night. Room 911 had great views over the city (though not the Cathedral), and a nice wide window sill to sit in, but the room was quite small, and looked smaller because of the dark woods chosen to decorate it.... more
