We have been here twice for business trips (3 years apart), and the location is good - it is a 20 minute walk away from the trade fair, MesseKöln. This hotel was quite nice for a stay of four nights for two people in a double room. Everything is close by. The double room was well-appointed and of medium size. I did look in a friend's room which was a single and it is the smallest room I have ever seen. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Good well decorated rooms with generous bathrooms. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is not lavish but of good quality. About 1km from the main train station, which was great as we had to go for an exhibition in Dusseldorf, and it was very convenient. Nicely located hotel which was ok, however not good value at €140/ngt. If you do stay here try and avoid the ground level rooms, and make sure you request non smoking as quite strong 'odour' in those that are (I arrived too late to change)
