The hotel itself is very clean and new, and some of the rooms have a very quiet setting. The breakfast is good for variety and quality. There is no laundry service provided for clothing. The reservations are not reliable. I had a written reservation for a one week stay, but was asked to leave after two nights because they were "overbooked and had other guests arriving" who had reservations (just as I did, mine booked through the Bonn conference center!). They ended up having a "cancellation" which allowed me to stay, but the whole situation was somewhat unacceptable. Others in my party had room reservations too, booked directly with the hotel, but the hotel had no record for them. Beware if you think you have a reservation on hold at this place!! more
