On the positive side -- Excellent location, clean and functional rooms, courteous staff. Breakfast included some hot items as well as the usual German fare. Nice garden and indoor swimming pool. Quiet. On the spartan side -- no bellman, no toiletries, no bathrobe, only one towel, not very inviting lobby furnishing and decor. more

RECOMMENDED: A short walk from the main train station and walking to the city centre. Check-in prompt. This is a classic German hotel. Decent room size and lighting. Bedding comfortable and bathroom in good working order and functional. Despite close proxmity to train station, room noise was minimal. Overall, nothing not to recommend this for a Bonn visit. more
