For the Price it is very good choice, 20m far from the centralway station , 5m from the centre, 1m from a s bahn station that gets you everywhere. I may say It is 3stars Hotel facilities and staff with a 1 star price.

Good business hotel located in the center of Bielefeld. Breakfast and rooms are good. WiFi should be for free but not too bad priced. The center of Bielefeld is very close by and offers around Chritmas time a huge Christmas Market called Weihnachtmarkt. Good fun and pleasure.

My sole reason for staying here was that Bielefed is the approximate midpoint on the drive between Berlin and Brussels. Hotel was basic at best. No A/C, VERY loud tram noise right outside window, saggy mattress, cheap toiletries, and parking and internet costs can quickly drive up the already over-inflated price of a stay here. I'll give them credit for... More

This hotel is a 3 star hotel, and I can only say that I was entirely satisfied. The room was okay, and the breakfast buffet was good, only thing I was not so happy about, was the coffee. The hotel is centrally placed in the city and just next to the public transport, so I would say you get value... More

Myself, husband & baby stayed at the Arcadia Hotel in Bielefeld for 4 nights in August 2011. Along with us were family members who used 2 other rooms. We have previously all stayed in this hotel when it was called 'Tulip Inn'. The hotel is clean & comfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but we took... More

A ten minute walk from the station (turn right, out of the main entrance) and simply walk straight down the main High Street (Bahnhof Strasse). You’ll need to cross a few roads (best to take the underpass but aim for the left exit) and head towards the Rathaus (town hall). Next to that is the theatre and on the next... More

This hotel is now operated as "Arcadia Bielefeld". It is a standard hotel in the range. Relatively large and clean rooms and standard breakfast. Nothing fancy. The hotel staff is not very customer oriented unfortunately. I bought a wifi access at reception for a day (12,50 euro/day 5 euro for 30 min) and was guaranteed it would work everywhere in... More

Mercure hotels usually always deliver what you pay for, this was no exception. The rooms were modern + large, good A/C, nice minibar, all what you'd expect so no need to dwell on those points. A mention must be made for the extra bed, often this is a crummy camp bed, here it was a very comfortable single bed, thank... More
