I stayed already in many hotels, but can hardly remember to have such a hearty welcome! The hotel is located very central of the city. Bars, Restaurants, cafes, shops, museums, etc. You can visit everything by foot or when you book via their webpage you get a package including free public transport, free or less entrance frees and first night... The hotel is basic but very nice with very friendly, helpful staff. Excellently located in the town's centre, walking distance to shopping, theatres and restaurants. Only 5 min. drive from central station. Ask for a quiet room, away from the street with street cars, car traffic and bar/restaurant noise.

We stayed there for a wee, while attending a conference. Tram is just over the road, allowing very easy access to everywhere. Tourist office just down the road, and the city centre an easy walk. The hotel was fine. Doors very tricky to open, but rooms were fine. Service was good. Staff helpful. Wifi was okay. No complaints in any... More

Good for a business stay. Centrally located with supermarket and restraunts at walking distance. Could locate an Indian Restaraunt 'Kohinoor' nearby. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well maintained. The biggest problem faced was there was no Wifi .Buffet breakfast was good.

I spent one night in this hotel, and it was perfect for a business trip. The room was clean and OK, the bathroom relatively large. The only problem: it is right in front to a tram stop, so it is slightly noisy at night. Breakfast was good and OK.

Nothing is special at this hotel. It doesn't leave a trace in your mind. Not bad, but not so great. The cost of the breakfast is too much exagerate. I met two girls at the reception not too willing to help the guests.

Stayed here for one night as we went to Bielefeld to meet up with friends and didn't want to drive home to Paderborn. It was 60 euro for the night. The hotel is very central and great for popping to the shops and is located near all of the good restaurants/bars- Peepers in next door. The rooms are clean and... More

I visited Bielefeld for a business trip and I stayed at Arcadia. Well, first of all, they didn’t find my reservation but they managed to solve the problem. The big surprise was when I entered the room: I couldn’t believe an Hotel right next to the Town Hall will be like that. Old, dirty, mold in the bathroom and the... More

Rooms more or less like a summercamp, with three beds, small desk and a CRT TV (didn't see one in a hotel for years now!); if you travel in parties of three, good value, othewise consider something else.
