A great little hotel. Wonderfully situated at the heart of Aachen's old town. Light and bright fresh décor. Fabulous breakfast. The family and staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly. Only one drawback - the beds are very very low. My wife has a bad knee and I am recovering from a knee operation. We both had great difficulty getting... More

Great location in the main square, close to everything that makes Aachen a worthy place to visit. Rooms are very pleasant, with complimentary bottled water each day - nice touch. Wifi is free, but a little quirky at first, but there was very helpful assistance from the staff. Breakfast is served with a similar personal aire on the 4th floor.... More

Right next to the Rathaus Platz, in a neighbourhood of boutique shops just a couple of hundred meters from the high street, this hotel charms. My room (room #32) was a 'Junior suite', which meant it had room for a writing desk and a small table and 2 chairs, these next to windows looking down Buechel street (or, if you... More

This nice hotel is really well located, in front of the Rathaus and 2 minutes walking from the cathedral. Each morning you can have a rich breakfast served by the nice service staff of the hotel. Moreover the room/main reception where you eat it has a beautiful view to the "skyline" of Aachen. Probably the rooms with the best view... More

Do not expect any thrills: this is a simple small hotel. Having said that, many things are just right. The rooms are cosy and practically furnished, there is free wifi everywhere, the location is splendid, just next to the main square. The manager was also extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

Location in the center of the town near the Marktplatz and the Cathedral is good. The hotel is small and family-operated. It is located over four floors with a small lift that is easily interrupted by a safety screen. The rooms are quite spacious and have "homely" rather than typical functional decoration. The beds are not comfortable and narrow with... More

My wife and I stayed for two nights. We arrived early and check-in was no problem. Parking was in a nearby car park which was $30 US for the entire stay. The hotel is located close to the shopping, pub/restaurant district. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist us. The room was very comfortable. We highly recommend this... More

The hotel is centrally located just off the market square and adjoining a thai restaurant, we arrived on a rainy day and initially found the entrance dark and dingy which in the of day proved not to be the case. The manager, Monica, is enthusiastic and helpful; her smile lit up the entry. Rooms are equipped with all conveniences including,... More

Location is amazing! I think the best in whole Aachen, we used to live near and during our move we stayed here for a week. The owner was really nice and gave us one of the biggest rooms. We had view of the Rathaus. It gets a bit loud in the summer because of the bars under it. But you... More

A really cosy hotel in the heart of Aachen. It lies close to the old Town Hall - Rathaus - and therefore close to everything of shops, museums etc. The hotel staff is very friendly and service minded :o) Note that internet access is included in the price!
