My wife and I stayed one night in a comfort double room. Pros: - very friendly staff - free parking outside the hotel (or a charge for underground parking) - very large living space with a somewhat awkwardly large bathroom (more of an apartment than room, large balcony, comfortable bed and sitting area) Cons: - hotel felt clinical (missing that... This is not a hotel room but a complete apartment! I just booked the room thinking that this will be a usual hotel room and nothing more. When I opened the lock and came in I was amazed how big this was. A large living room with kitchen, a large bedroom, again a large balcony and last but not the... More

The hotel is located in the middle of a housing area about 2km from the centre of Aachen, and is really quite hard to find. As most people I imagine visit Aachen to go into the centre, this is a pretty big obstacle to recommending it. The hotel itself is OK. Weird pictures on wall (I think this is the... More

If hoteliers want to raise their ratings then they need to understand their customers a bit better; some are "tourists" and some are "business folk" and some are "young" and some "not so young". It is simple if they think about the various needs carefully. First the positives, most of the staff are pleasant and helpful and when you get... More

We booked this room on a whim. Decided to go to aachen instead of leuven while we were driving there (1 hour before we checked in). Stayed only one night. We got room 261 for only 60 quid. We were hoping for just a simple & clean room with a bed. Instead we got the largest room we've ever seen... More

The room was large, although the condition of the bathroom was not great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was OK. The underground car park is convenient. My stay was only brief but if I need to visit Aachen for longer I might prefer to stay at a hotel closer to the centre.

Located in a nice residential area with free parking space. Wifi connection was very expensive. It should be free instead it cost 5 euro per day for each device that you connected, with a very slow connection. There was a limit to how many devices you can connect- in this day and age you would have each family member carrying... More

contrary to GARYARN's review (and how coincidental that I happened to be one of those guests in the restaurant when the famous 'bloody' steak was delivered...you were clearly very tired and impatient Gary as you certainly took out your anger on the poor waitresses!) I found the hotel very pleasant. Rooms were modern and clean although I didn't really need... More

I have stayed here many times and the rooms are very basic but clean and the bar is okay BUT I will never try again to eat in the restaurant. After 12 hours travel I was hungry and ordered a steak "medium" priced at around Euro 23. In minutes a raw piece of meat with some vegetables was presented to... More

Nice Hotel, very modern and the room (s) were enormous and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. We had a studio, I don't know if all the rooms are the same, but we had a huge bedroom, hallway, massive wetroom and a living/kitchen area with a sofa bed; they even had a large balcony. This Hotel... More
