We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and were impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Breakfast is ordered from a menu with a wide and generous choice but fruit is there for you to help yourself. The cooked breakfast arrives very quickly and is beautifully prepared. All the fruit juice was freshly made. It takes a 5... More

This hotel is very comfortable, clean and in a central location. The train station is 5 minutes walk. Although the hotel is a little dated, it is clean and warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel offers an excellent continental breakfast. Everything is within a few minutes walk and the district has some great bars... More

The Hotel Benelux looks unremarkable from the outside but inside it is a real gem. The location is perfect for the historic centre of Aachen. Our large double room was lovely; spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and obliging. There was secure garage parking too. Continental breakfast was served at your table and was very good.... More

It is located between the station and the cathedral. Staff were friendly. There is a gazebo in the patio. Eggs at breakfast was on-demand. Orange juice was fresh squeeze. WiFi was so-so connection. Room size was large enough. Number of power outlets was less. Since door of the bathroom was accordion curtain, the sound leaks to the guest room. Although... More

We stayed here for the Aachen Christmas Markets and this hotel is perfectly located. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the 'Dom' (cathedral) where the markets are located. The room we had was quite small, with dated decor, but it was very clean & well soundproofed (our room overlooked the main road, but we couldn't hear any noise)... More

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the old town centre. It is just a nice basic hotel with friendly staff. The road in front is busy so ask for a room at the back. At the back however is the noise of exhaust fans from the restaurants around which stop when the kitchens close. You decide what is... More

Benelux is a fine, family-run hotel in an ideal location. Difficult to imagine a cleaner 3 star hotel (France,Italy and UK, please copy!). We stayed there for two nights in July, and although it was definitely not during a heatwave, the rooms on the street side warm up excessively during the afternoon. The windows have a double glazing, and that... More

Stayed for two nights. Although being a solo traveler was given a twin room. The space was adequate. Breakfast room was good and not too crowdy. A standard breakfast buffet was available. The Hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the center/Cathedral and also a 5 minute walk from the train station. The street, although being a main street... More

Stayed here for 1 night in April, had a quick check in. The hotel has a convenient private (secured) parking. The single room was small but fine for 1 night, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very typical 'German green' but very clean. Breakfast was good, being served at the table by a friendly gentleman there was a lot... More

Generally a decent place. Decor is rather 1970s. Needs updating. The main problem was the lack of a desk in the single room that I stayed in. Not convenient for working. Breakfast was OK, but some of the fruit was not edible. Underripe pineapple and melon. Staff were pleasant. Too expensive for what you are getting here.
