This is not a 4 star hotel on any international scale. There is no air conditioning, the Wi-Fi system is outdated and the furnishings are tired. It is a 3 star hotel in a very good location – and if you find a room rate at under 99 euros per night then it is probably correctly priced.

We booked a suite for myself and my parents. Every suite I have been I has a bathroom per bedroom. This was my expectation from an expensive 4* hotel however was disappointed when we had to share a bathroom that for some reason doesn't even have a lock. We also visited during the summer and there is no air conditioning... More

At the beginning of our five night stay here, I was ready to give this minus four starts (rather the the four stars outside the door). The internet worked as poorly as any I have ever seen. One member of the staff denied that I could be having problems since the router was in the next room. Indeed, as the... More

The hotel itself is very clean and good furnitured, the breakfast was excellent. You can easily discover this historical city on foot, it's about 5 minutes walk to the "Aachener Dom" and "Rathaus", there are a lot of shops around the hotel, it could be the best choice for visitors coming to Aachen.

Very convenient for seeing the central city and easy parking in their underground lot, as well as comfortable room it is not 4 star quality. Pillows very lumpy, furnishings and decor are very ordinary. Breakfast is good but hardly worth the 14 Euro price. The 5 Euro wifi fee is for each device and one needs to log in every... More

City center located, short walking distance to all attractions. However, the hotel is not family friendly. They force you to pay for multiple rooms if you travel with your kids, since each room can only accommodate two people. There are limited number of so-called triple rooms, which allow 3. If you have two kids, you are doomed to pay for... More

It was very centrally located so it was conveniently located to tourist attractions and downtown shops. However, this meant that it was extremely noisy on Friday night (to past 3 a.m.) and also on Saturday night to a lesser degree. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so it was far too hot to close the window to dampen... More

We stayed here a couple of days to explore the historic old town with our two dogs. The location could not have been better - just 5 minutes to the dom and old town. The staff were pretty friendly and looked after us. The room we had was a Business Double (Room 553) it was HUGE!! ...had an upstairs, veranda,... More

I spent three nights at this hotel. The hotel room is pleasant and spacious. The bed is comfortable and I appreciate that the hotel is feather-free. The pillows on the bed are not to my liking: one large overly soft pillow and one firmer small pillow per bed whereas I prefer firmer standard size pillows. Consequently my sleeping was not... More

This hotel is literally right in the middle of Aachen, just a few steps to the historic Town Hall and Church, with bakeries and restaurants in every direction. The reception staff were excellent. They looked after our family with care and made sure we were all comfortable. They upgraded us from two rooms up to the suite as we had... More
