I stayed in the Quellenhof for a week on business. Didn't managed to get to see the area as I was unfortunately too busy. Can't really fault the hotel in terms of service and facilities, possibly with one exception - the wifi is not free and in fact, very pricey - EUR10 for 2 hours. Breakfast is done very nicely... more

I strongly recommend this hotel. It is beautifully renovated, very clean and comfortable, with great service. The spa area is very professionally managed (You can ask to be taken for a tour) and the swimming pool is breathtaking. The hotel is very well located, with parking outside and also underground. The breafast is great , with plenty of choice of... more

The building itself is grand and beautiful, big, high ceilings, everything was nice and clean. Probably one od the reasons why the place is a businesscenter as well... We just parked the car in front of the hotel, since it was snowing, it not only saved us 16 euro for the parking, we didn't have to struggle to get out... more

I have known this hotel for many years and probably one of it's main problem is that it changes ownership too many times. The rooms are of good size, however the bathrooms could be bigger. Service is ok, all staff try their best, however throughout the whole hotel everybody is very junior - hence there is a certain lack of... more

Great hotel with very large rooms. Room has a big bed, chairs, table, walkin closet, bathroom with separate room for toilet and bidet. Free toiletries and slippers. Umbrella and bathrobes to use. The breakfast is fabulous. There is a chef making omelets for the guest. Paid parking under the hotel. No noise because the shops etc are a few minutes... more

I looked forward to staying in this hotel because of the positive reviews. Husband and I stayed one night in a deluxe room. It is easy to see why the reviews are good. It is a beautiful classy building which potentially tics all the boxes to qualify as a top luxury hotel. The room however let us down. It was... more

We've been lucky to stay in some wonderful hotels over the years but I think this one takes top spot. Even compared to other Sofitel's this one is a goodun! From the outside, the hotel is just so impressive. In true German fashion, the whole building is immaculate. The rooms are huge with Queen-size beds and a range of plush... more

The quality of this hotel is right up there with the very best. All the staff are multi lingual, they all speak German, English, French and Dutch to a fluent level and it wouldn't surprise me if they also speak Cantonese ! Even the housekeeping staff speak fluent English. All the staff are a credit to their employers and I... more

The Hotel is really nice, rooms are big enough and the bathroom is very nice. Breakfast is also good. Staff is really friendly, and you can see that the Germans know how to treat their guests. Its a 10 minute walk to the old center of town. Take a map and do not make the same mistake we did. We... more

This hotel was excellent, very stylish, the staff were all very friendly, the spa facilities very good, beautiful rooms, enormous breakfast buffet. All in all perfect. We were welcomed with a drink, our room was on the first floor, very large, with a very stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, turn down service, bathrobes and slippers for the spa, a seperate elevator... more
