The hotel name changed into Mercure Am Europaplatz, but this hotel is above average for Mercure standards and therefore a very nice discovery ( I can compare with the Mercure Am Dom and the Mercure City in Aachen ). A very comfortable stay was taken at the Novotel Aachen. My room was dry, the bedlinen clean, and the toilet was cleaned daily.Breakfast was an impressive display of Germany's finest hams and cheeses to accompany your dry bread.
