A clean and polite-staffed hotel very convenient for the station if not further than you might think form the centre of town. It is in neither a pleasant nor unpleasant part of town. Rooms are quite small but well maintained and comfortable. Our rooms were away form the road so quiet too.

This hotel is very well situated at 450 meters from the main station (Aachen Hauptbahnhof) and very easy check inn, through online even, as Accor hotels member, quite small room and bathroom. free wifi available. Decent breakfast with a lot of sorts of bread, also some hot items, als little sausages and eggs.also not too far away from the city... More

The staff are friendly. Room as all Ibis clean and well decorated but tiny. Changed the next day to a studio which was double the size with human size bathroom. Over all I would come again for my next visit. Being close to station and down town is another plus

The hotel is not far away from the Station and the City centre, we had a large room for 3 in the highest floor, so very quiet and lots of space, but very basic equipment, no kettle in the room, only 2 towels a bit oldish...The room was clean and the staff is really one of the assets of this... It is near main station and very clean hotel as all ibis hotels. The rooms are small and you hear noise from people talking. I enjoyed one night stay and kind reception! You can go just 20 minutes by car outside the city where 3 country borders reach each other: Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. There is one the most important... More

I don´t mind the small size of a room and the extra small size of the bath especially if I stayed there only one night, but I am happy that it was just one night. Noisy heating can be solved quickly - switch off, but traffic on the road can´t be switched off and each and every single vehicle was... More

Stayed 1 night in this hotel in december. Location is good. 5-10 minutes walking to the hauptbahnhof and 10 - 15 minutes to the city center. The hotel has it's own parking, with enough parking places at a reasonable price (7 euro's per night). Rooms are small, but efficient. Bathroom even smaller but perfect water preassure in the shower. Also... More

Spent a three night stay here to sample the traditional German Christmas market, Aachen being within easy reach of the Channel Tunnel. Booked one of the superior rooms for ourselves and a standard room for our daughter. We were delighted with ours, both in terms of the spaciousness and the high standard. Two double wardrobes gave plenty of hanging space... More
