A pleasant reception, room was fine. Similar to the Ibis in the UK. Good selection of drinks in the bar. Breakfast very good. Most channels on the TV are in German, but that is across the country. Overall a good hotel.

Close to the city centre, this is the third or fourth time I have stayed at this hotel which is clean, the people are all so friendly and helpful and prices very reasonable, thereby ensuring excellent value for money.

This hotel seems to become our second home from home, have booked it now several times for a stay in my hometown Aachen. We were very pleased again with the excellent customer service, the friendliness, the breakfast! Prosecco for breakfast, that was a surprise. I like to stay in ibis hotels their exellent locations near to shopping malls & tourist intrests),suitable rooms sizes,multnational reception personnel giving comforts to tourists, and you pay less compared to other hotels so staylike the rich in luxury.

Great budget room, friendly and helpful staff. Filling and tasty breakfast to set you up for the day. Basic but functional room (and the most modern TV of the whole trip!). Hotel was OK, apart from 2points: - our room 425 smelled like cigarettes, allthough we requested a non smoking room. When asking another one at reception, none was available - the sheets are a bit uncomfortable as it is one long sheet rather than a bottom and a top one. This is a minor inconvenience. The hotel is pleasant, and central to town for an overnight stop. The breakfast was good, but room was extremely small and the bathroom/shower room the smallest I've ever seen!
