Convenient, cost effective, clean, friendly, and quiet. Just what I needed for overnight stay on a business trip. Good breakfast. Note that elevator goes only as far as 3rd floor, rooms go up to 4th floor.

Good clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. Excellent staff. Good breakfast included and free WiFi in room complimentary.Close to central train station. Within easy walking distance to wonderful Dom Aachen. Ancient seat of the Holy Roman Empire.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting the Aachener and Monschau Christmas markets. Location is very good—less than 5 minutes' walk from the Hauptbahnhof and 10 minutes to the Aachener Dom. Single room was very clean with a spacious bathroom, a small TV, desk, and ample closet space. There was a chair and very small love seat, both of which... More

The hotel is only about 10min away from the old town and only stones throw away from the station. The hotel is slightly dated, but it was spotlessly clean. The pillows we slightly too soft for my liking but this might only be personal choice. Breakfast offered excellent selection of hot and cold food and hotel represents outstanding value for... More

Friendly staff who helped me find my way around Aachen. A simply furnished pleasant room that was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Pillows a little too soft for my liking but this stills deserves an 'excellent' rating relative to the price. A good value hotel that's about 100 yards from the station. Just turn left from... More

Stayed for two nights and hotel was convenient and comfortable. The location is ideal for train station and city centre. I didn't try and of the food but the restaurant looked pleasant enough. Room was free of damp/smells etc and facilities all worked fine and appear well maintained. The only thing letting this hotel down is its dated decor. It's... More

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent English are among the adjectives applicable to this venue. The rooms are spotless. The location is very safe and convenient. Printen bakerei is around the corner. Dom is ten mnute walk. This is a great value.

A group of us shared three rooms and had a comfortable stay: Situated near the railway station next to the medieval town gate, it is easily reached on foot from the station and the city centre is in walking distance, too. Car parking available in the Parkhaus opposite the hotel and they give you free parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable,though... More

We stayed here whilst visiting the Christmas market. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral area where the markets are centred and 5 minutes walk from the main railway station. We used the train service to visit the Cologne market which was fantastic, as was the train itself: a double-decker, double-glazed train which was both very... More

The location of this hotel really hits the nail on the head for those traveling by train. It is a short walk from the train station (all flat so easy to wheel luggage) and not far to walk into the old centre of town. It's always easy to find as you follow the signs for the Marschiertor - which is... More
