The motel looks similar to the motels I visited in the USA. Enough parking places and lots of rooms next to it. The rooms are functional and spacious. Because of the attractive pricing it is not strange this motel is most of the time booked out during the season. One needs a car or a motor to get to the motel. It is several miles outside the centre of Stalsund at a sort of business park. Next to the office is a basically furnished 'restaurant' where one can eat tasty spare ribs and various oversized hamburgers. The homemade fries [pommes] were among the best ever tasted ! The motel has no air conditioning and the WiFi is below every expectation. [Despite help of the staff my Samsung S refused to work after connecting/ iphone and Windows-laptop were extremely slow]. The satelite-TV worked fine.

If you take the route via autobahn A 20 till Exit Tribsees then country road via Richtenberg, Martensdorf/Niepars and finally on national road B 105 to Stralsund you need to take some attention cos the new by-pass B105n to the Ruegen High Bridge might distract you from taking the left turn on old B105 near the hotel. The railroad shall directly stay on your left hand side, then next road to the right in order to get to the commercial area, after having skipped the cement factory on your left and a mandatory right turn you'll reach the motel, called OSTSEEHOTEL Stralsund.
It's one story - and reception time is NOT 24/7. If you arrive late you may punch in a 4 digit code at the office box in order to get your room key (- with your booking they'll tell you the procedure, else a phone number is provided for access info) . There are enough parking lots available, you even may park your car directly at your doorstep.
You have the possibility of booking breakfast buffet which is not bad, indeed - you get really value for your money, 8.50 euros ($10) per person.
The rooms are spacy, don't expect 'state of the art' furniture at a motel which is located quite offside. But, there's a big mall "called Ostseecenter 'famila' and other stores) near your motel where you can buy all the stuff you like and need ( but limited shopping hrs MoFr 8am-8pm). Don't expect expect more extended shopping time at Citti's Strelasund Park as well which is located some miles away and within city limits of Stralsund-Grünhufe.
I can strongly recommend the China Garden Restaurant at the Lindencenter for lunch and dinner buffet (opening hrs 11.30am till 3 pm and 5pm till 11pm).
The motel is a cool hub for trips to Isle of Ruegen or to Amber Museum in Ribnitz-Damgarten or to Birds' Park Marlow or just make yourself comfortable with the W Pomeranian area where you can watch extensive crane bird populations at Guenz or Gross Mohrdorf or Prohn.

Despite of a very late arrival check-in was perfectly arranged. Room had everything required for a comfortable overnight stay. Room facilities were in perfect condition. Clean and spacey bathroom, comfortable bed, plenty of parking spots and friendly and service oriented staff.

Motel is easy to reach via car, reaching Stralsund center and Harbor a car is needed. No Restaurants and bars around.
Simple check-in also during late night, W-LAN-code not available at late-night-arrival! Something should be arranged for W-LAN availability for late-arrivals.
Rooms are big enough for a pleasant stay. My room had an entrance from the parking-place, (a little bit unusual) but this was o.k., easy unloading and loading of the car.
Breakfast was simple, but rich enough.
Everything o.k., except in the morning, when I had to pull out 1 shoe from below the bed. The wood walls of the bed are very low, and the celaning staff has not chance to get under the bed. The dirt under the bed was incredible!

The motel is outside the city, without any store or place to eat, but there's a "Famila" market close to it. No reception after 6 p.m., but an automatic system to take the room key. Quiet location and large rooms.
