I booked an Apartment on the hotel's own website. The rate for apartments is higher than for standard rooms, but I booked it because I particularly wanted to take advantage of the larger room size. However, we were allocated a standard room on arrival. The rather sullen front desk clerk had made no mention of this when we checked in,... more
