This is an exceptional hotel, with exceptional personal service in a serene location with lots to do nearby. While from the outside - the hotel has a fairly conventional appearance - inside it is truly exceptional. The rooms - while not overly large - are beautifully furnished with lots & lots of extra amenities. So sophisticated, so understated, so nice.... More

Very friendly reception and then we were shown up to the Club Lounge to check in and given a glass of champagne whilst we were waiting. We were shown to our room, which was 437, on the 4th floor overlooking the Autostadt. It had a lovely light decor, large bed (not too soft for us), a sofa, table and loads... More

I found myself stuck in Wolfsburg due to some unfortunate weather.. Upon browsing available hotels for the night the Ritz Carlton was very close to me. So after I realized I was going nowhere I booked a room for the night with them. Upon arrival at the hotel I received the typical Ritz checkin. It was around midnight, and there... More

i only have good things to stay about the hotel. From the front guard to the valet to the front desk to restaurant and housekeeping staff, this place is definitely worth driving to, if not just to have a stop over. Whether the autostadt plays a role or not is secondary for me. Room has a calming tone and although... More

Approaching The Ritz-Carlton is already a nice experience. You will drive your car on a long nicely paved lane, and you will see the two large design towers in which the new VW cars are stored. We were told that a third tower will be built because of the strong demand for new VW cars. The Ritz-Carlton is situated in... More

The dinner tastes boring, they tried to make it like star restaurant, the food looks ok, but tastes boring! They might change the chef. I asked one of the manager, he replied: " We keep the meat with its nature taste..." Ok, then I can also stay at home and boiled the meat in water.

Stayed as my football team was playing Wolfsburg. It was easily walkable from the train station to the hotel and the hotel to the Stadium. One word of warning if you do arrive by train and want to walk (less than 10 mins) - you have to blag your way pat the Autostadt security to get in - they want... More

We stayed at the hotel whilst visiting the Autostadt so the location was perfect in that respect. Rooms were luxurious, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Spa facilities were great and we enjoyed using the heated pool at night despite the walk from the changing rooms to the pool in sub zero temperature. The two things that I found... More

5 star- Not in my book ! I believe a hotel gains its stars by the services it gives within the price of its booking fee, breakfast is extra. The Ritz Carlton has superb bedroom suites and yet provides no in- room hot drink facility. In my world no day starts satisfactorily without a cup of tea. The WiFi is... More
