Dreary, dirty, smelly rooms, slow service. Wet bar never restocked. Service and food were poor. That was my first time in Hanover , and the terrible hotel experience almost dominated the trip. Was there for business and was stuck in and around the hotel for four days. It only got worse each day. Never again.

Close to the main train station (Hannover Hauptbahnhof, 5 minutes walk), and 10 minutes from Downtown, this hotel has nice, clean and spacy rooms, and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is ample. On the downside, the immediate surroundings are not very attractive. One might even feel a little lonely at night...

I have stayed at this Hotel for business purposes and I must say that I like it. Rooms differ somewhat as I have stayed in different rooms. Overall It's a nice and good Hotel. The bar and the restaurant are good as is the beautiful & spa. Fitness and workout equipment is scarce but ok.

Crowne plaza is in a great location, only about 10 mins walk from the city centre and the tourist info.
