Its a typical NH hotel. My favorite chain of hotels. Trendy and meets all your requirements. However, its located in a residential area and is not in the heart of the downtown area. The rooms are spacious and the restaraunt in the hotel serves good food but expensive.

Very nice modern hotel about 15 minutes walk to downtown. Ate at the Tapas restaurant which was very good. Parking was available round the hotel or in the parking garage. Spa close by. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
