The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and there is a mineral spring spa on the top floor complete with a mineral water pool and saunas. We had a great time and would recommend it to everyone. more

My husband was in Wiesbaden for business. I arrived and was overwhelmed by the friendly and exceptional staff! Speaking only English, I was completely surprised that every person working the desk spoke English! The staff was so personable! From booking a side trip for my husband and I in Lake Como, Italy to simple directions around Wiesbaden. We received nothing... more

This hotel seems to be far away from future guest orientated. When asking the front desk wether they can show me a room on a Saturday evening the young girl at reception seemed to be a bit confused and overfaced by this request. First of all she asked for which date in particular I would like to get the room... more

I stayed at this hotel for the first time in late March for a business presentation and hosted local clients and staff from our head office at the hotel. We chose the property due to availability and were surprised how good it was and how hard it was to find fault at such a small hotel property. The rooms are... more

Unfortunately I stayed in this hotel just for a night, so I cannot say much more, only that I found the room excellent (Big and very comfortable) and very pleasant staff. If you are looking for a luxurious room and you do not mind paying for it, this is the place. Interesting surroundings. Iñigo Cea more

Stayed here for 1 week on business. Elegant lobby and surroundings, atmosphere a bit stuffy for my tastes. "Comfort" room was very small, about the size of typical cruise ship cabins, and mine had a view of a blank wall. Best part of the hotel is the pool, fitness center, and outdoor terrace. Clean, well-equipped and maintained, and with attentive... more

I have to say - one staffer can ruin the entire hotel's reputation. And it did for me. Another thing - very old and in need of renovations. Resteraunts were great. Excellant massages! more

I arrived at this hotel expecting a class expierence based on the other reviews but I guess a lot changes in a year. The suites were a disgrace I checked out three suites before I found a bed that was not half dead, all the rooms I saw were in great need of renovation. The bar was closed, the retaurant... more

I had to overnight in Frankfurt on a return trip from Asia and decided to spend a couple of nights at the Hotel Nassauer Hof. What a great decision. My single room was huge, modern and extremely comfortable. The spa was very relaxing and recommended when recovering from long flights. The service and food was outstanding. Can't say enough about... more
