I stayed a couple of nights at this hotel, the rooms are very nice and the service is in line with what you would expect from a place like this. The restaurant is good as well, and it offers a variety of dishes that can accommodate different tastes. The only 'not so good' part is breakfast. I ordered breakfast twice... More

The hotel building is very nice and impressive and located in the central part of the city just opposite to Kurhaus and few minutes walk from shopping area and old architectural buildings. Bright and spotless rooms, room size is not too big, but OK. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is big enough with all the necessary amenities. TV channels selection... More

Terribly disappointed in this hotel, although a nice location and building old building, the inside is like a labyrinth! Stairs and lifts going to different floors makes getting around complicated. Reception was very uncooperative when we asked for a room with a walk in shower for my hUsbands age and hip problem. They suggested we upgrade for 55euros more per... More

We were first assigned room 160 - not a very good view but the main problem was that the a/c was not working - we called reception to send someone up to take a look at it. We were told that the a/c on that part of the hotel was not working and was probably not going to be fixed... More

If you can stretch your budget this hotel is definitely worth it. Right in the heart of Wiesbaden it is a gem. Staff very friendly and food great! The only negative I have is that I asked for an iron which was not available. The hotel offered to iron my clothes but never mentioned a cost. It was €10 per... More

we arrived to the hotel on thursday and stayed for 4 nights in a delux room. the hotel itself is very elegant, the stuff couldn't be more agreable and polite (though 1 or 2 of the concierges were a bit lacking information as one would expect from a concierge). the breakfast was indeed very generous though lacked vegetables and the... Weak WiFi at €15.50/day(most other hotels this is free) Breakfast at €32/pp too much for light morning eaters. Bar: Beautiful but for smokers only...it really stank discriminatory. Windows old and in Need of repair/rennovation. Awning had large mildew patches. Thermal Pool just terrific!!!! Consieirge very very good.

A beautiful old world hotel across from the Kurhaus. The rooms have high ceilings and beautiful baths with wonderful amenities. The breakfast buffet has a wonderful spread with a large selection of fruits, meats and eggs to order. Dinner at the Orangerie was delicious as well. THe spa pool is an oasis in the city. Fed by a spring under... More

I stayed here for 8 nights. The hotel is nice but very oLd. Certainly not the experience I expected. By day 5 of my stay, there was a strong sewage smell in my bathroom. It increasingly grew unbearable by day 6. I told the staff and they said they would fix it. When I returned the smell was still there.... More

The Nassauer Hof is top of the line, from the service to the accommodations. The rooms (at least the one I stayed in) are enormous with 14 foot ceilings which makes you feel like your staying in a castle somewhere. Parking is easy in an adjacent underground garage for 22 euro per day. The hotel is situated in the heart... More
