You can feel that this hotel is still family run. The service is excellent without being intrusive yet the atmosphere is both stylish and cosy - no mean feat! The rooms are superb, the beds and eiderdowns and pillows very high quality and the bathrooms are fabulous! A real 5 star hotel!

Have been staying here for years. You can't find a better hotel in Wiesbaden than the the Nasser- hof. The staff; front desk, room service, housekeeping and restaurant servers all deserve high praise. The quality of the rooms is excellent. We had a suite facing the interior (garden). The hotel had the front of their building restored a few years... More

I understand now that Germans are conceived through immaculate conception. We first experienced the rudest German front desk staff in our 20 years of travel. Upon entering the hotel the three staff continued talking with one of the young girls texting on their mobiles. There was no pleasantness, happiness or support which was quite strange when you consider the cost... More

The hotel is very grand and our room was perfectly comfortable, if not very dated. However, I have stayed frequently in leading hotels of the world and have never encountered such difficult reception staff and rude concierage in particular. I was travelling with a friend for a local sport event and was met by constant rudeness every time I spoke... More

I had stayed there for a meeting and I have to admit that the hotel is one of the few hotels left providing this old style service at its absolute best. Very smooth and efficient check in, rooms are small however excellent equipped and high end amenities. Breakfast still one of the best with attentive service , room service always... More

The hotel is beautiful and the service excellent. Our room was so luxurious and comfortable. We could open a large picture window that overlooked a large green surrounded by classical buildings. The pool was very nice. The buffet breakfast was just wonderful - worth the price. We would definitely return.

Hotel Nassauer Hof is a beautiful hotel in a central location in Wiesbaden. Our room on the 4th floor faced the Kurhaus casino and had a lovely view. Everything was within walking distance. Hotel staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our room was well appointed with no detail overlooked! Will definitely stay at Hotel Nassauer Hof again!

This is a really great hotel over all. Certainly worthy if it's ranking. The aircon in the room worked perfectly, service was good, I enjoyed my stay. The young ladies in the Orangerie Terrace Restaurant were attentive and very kind. My only complaint is that the hair dryers in the rooms are useless. They are small little travel things -... More

It is a pity for me and fortunately for this hotel but there is nothing negative to say. I practically never write about good things because everything is described in the advertising information about the hotel or restaurant. In this case it is difficult to find anything. Wi-fi is free of charge 30 minutes per day only. But this is... More

Grand hotel in Wiesbaden. Everything was very nice for a small German owned hotel. Breakfast was very good, rooms were very nice. Only "thorn" is the hotel charges extra for use of the spa. Overall, a very nice hotel located near the two top sites; Kurhous and the Cathedral.
