We have recently returned from this hotel after a LEGER trip to German Grand Prix. We arrived shortly after midnight after a really long journey and were met at reception with our keys. This hotel is really lovely, we had a lovely room in the Annex, 111 our room had a four poster bed and a gorgeous bathroom (With shower,... More

Stayed here for two nights as part of a coach tour. Friendly welcome. Our room was full of character and quite large, with pretty lace curtains. The bathroom was huge and all appointed and spotless. The hotel itself is a bit of a rabbit warren but full of charm and very traditional in its decor - lots of wood. It... More

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Leger holidays trip going to see the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Hockenheim. This 600 year old hotel is actually in Assmanshausen, which is around a bend in the Rhine from Rüdesheim am Rhein. The hotel is split between a beautiful old building and a more modern annex. Overall, the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights while going to see the Formula 1 in Hockenheim with Leger holidays. The hotel is 2 hours away from the track by coach which is a little far. The hotel was nice and clean. And the breakfast was good if not a little limited. As the itinerary was very busy we didn’t spend much... More

We came here with a Great Rail Journey group. The main hotel is a beautiful old building (and annex), and provides basic but adequate food. However, we were extremely unhappy to find ourselves checked into a room (106) in the annex, with the only daylight filtering in from the bottom of an enclosed shaft - other group members had been... I stayed at this hotel as part of a F1 package arrange by Leger holidays. The hotel was not convenient at all for the track as Hockenheim was 80 miles away. The hotel was in a beautiful setting on the Rhein and was delightful but there were no shops to browse in in the short time I had as 'free... More

Like some other reviewers we were otables are quite n a Leger tour in Germany. The hotel has a main central building with some annexes very near by. We were across the narrow lane from the hotel and the church. Our room was quite spacious although there is a great deal of variety in this respect. The hotel is located... More

Stayed here recently on Leger coach trip. The rooms were comfortable, bathroom a little small. Staff friendly and welcoming, as a vegetarian they were very accomodating in changing the menu for myself and another member of our party.

Arrived in the early hours and stayed in the annex. Bed firm but comfortable and slept well. If you do not get on with flat square pillows you can request others. Continental breakfast was OK, tea so weak asked for 2 bags. Don't expect big fluffy bath sheets, my towels were small and rather worn and thin. Parts of this... More

We were greeted by a charming lady at the station and our suitcases were taken to the hotel. There she gave us a delightful welcoming talk and we had glasses of bucks fizz. On getting our keys we went to the annexe and we were very pleased with our room which was very spacious - as well as the bed... More
