Hotel Arcadia is situated in the center of Hanau. The rooms are very convenient. The hotel offers both smoking as well as non-smoking rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent! For dinner do not forget to visit the nearby picturesque village of Steinheim. Many very good restaurants in a beautiful setting!

This hotel is the clear choice to make in Hanau. It has plenty of large rooms, great location, is a good value, has free WiFi, and includes free parking. The only downside is that while our room was non-smoking, it still kind of smelled like smoke. Staff was friendly though and my wife and I enjoyed are stay.

The staff is not helpful at all! We did a family trip: we were 3 couples with kids. All the fridges of all 3 rooms were not working. We asked the reception to fix it and they just informed us they couldn't... End of the story. Ok, but still a WARM bottle of water (30cl) from the mini-bar still costs... More

We stayed at this hotel during Frankfurt Messe as other hotels had their rates extremely high. So we, leisure travelers, found this hotel as a perfect solution for that particular weekend. The hotel is about 15 min. walk from Hanau railway station and within a minute walk from Hanau central part, where you can find lots of nice shops and... More

Stayed here on a recent business trip to the area as it was the only hotel with rooms available (perhaps that should indicate something?). The hotel was OK, rooms were clean and of decent size, service was good and breakfast was fine. Would have liked coffee making facility in room and i'm not a fan of two narrow beds with... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The location was very convenient, everything was at walking distance. The rooms were very nice and convenient. The price inclusive of breakfast was quite economical. The hotel staff were also kind enough to give complementary wi-fi access. Would recommend it anyone who wants to be in Hanau.

The room is a decent size with a large enough closet and desk. The room is also fairly clean. I had a room on the 3rd floor that overlooked the traffic circle, so it was noisy during the day. The problem is that in hot weather, the window needs to be open and makes it that much noisier. There are... More

had to check out 3:30 am because I was given a smokers room - 'no more rooms sorry' end of story! sat in reception until the morning then went to Frankfurt for hotel, so customer service is not priority! That aside hotel is a little run down, very basic bedroom, very basic shower room, will not return (based on hotel/room... More

This was a good place to stay for one night in Hanau. Clean, friendly and central. My room was at the back so pretty quiet apart from the planes but they'd be hard to escape anywhere! No A/C though so it got very hot with the windows closed.

Hanau isn't much of a destination, just for business. My room was on the first floor, front of building, so it was loud if I left the window open. Rooms were warm unless windows were open, so difficult sleeping. Also, my room was directly above smoking area, so it wafted up :( It was easy to find bakeries and restaurants... More
