I took part at a 2 days business conference int his hotel and really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are clean, modern and plenty. They have amazing space for severeal hundreds of people in the comference rooms and the catering was an absolute dream. Local cakes and goodies were presented in the morning breaks. The buffet for lunch and breakfast... More

We stayed here for 1 week and had a very pleasant stay. Our room was air conditioned but apparently some rooms are not. We had a beautiful view of the city from the large windows which also opened for fresh air. The room had the usual amenities. The only negative was the bathtub which was also the shower. The climb... We just stayed briefly overnight so not sure I can provide lots of information. We had a room facing the street/parking structure. The reception was friendly, the elevators were slow (but there were several of them), the room was typically small, and the bathroom was also. I was most disappointed in the fact that there was no air conditioning. I... More

The hotel is well located, and RGS staff in the reception very friendly. For a 4 stars hotel, is quite in the limit. The marketing for the hotel put much focus on the SPA& Wellness, this is fine, the personal is not very motivated. All in all, we recommend this hotel more for business traveller, due to its proximity to... More

Was there with a group of more than 400 people for a congress and was truly surprised. All the hotel looked very new but it is already 8 years old. They have a big event location with enough space and well resourced for a lot of people. The room was great for a few days with comfortable bed, tv, mini... More

First the good thing, which is the Wellness Area. I really enjoyed that, I spotted 4 different saunas, one steam room, several recreation areas, a bar and a pool, but I believe there was more. Bathropes and slippers are provided free of charge in your hotel room. When you enter the sauna area you will be given two sauna towels... More

Stayed here for a week. Major positive we're awesome breakfast, well appointed rooms, clean, great spa, good room service. Negatives were the fact that the gym is located deep inside the spa, had to don plastic booties over my running shoes, walk past many unclothed people before getting to treadmill. Once there though, great equipment and facilities.

We stayed there for our anniversary and found the hotel to be great for couples. Check in was ok, but nothing overly warm. The room is pretty standard with all the basics but we had an old ratty Bath robe and had to goto Reception to have it changed. Note that there is no air conditioning only a fan exhaust... More

A friend and I arrived at this hotel at 4 int he morning, after a long journey. We hadn't booked as our stop was unplanned but the good news was, they had 2 rooms available. When they asked us 95 euros per each room plus 8 euro for parking the car (at a car park across the street), we asked... More

Conveniently located close to the city centre, the hotel is geared towards conferences. The organisation was good, however as is common with these larger ~conference~ hotels it felt quite impersonal. Nice clean rooms, and overall reasonable quality of service.
