The Hotel Adler is in walking distance from the main railway station, it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get there, the Nidda road is cut by the Duesseldorfer Strasse, in order to get to the Hotel Adler one has to enter through a passage to get to the second part of Nidda Strasse. From there it is a... more

This hotel is difficult to find and God bless the German man who took us by the hand and guided us there. In fact, God bless all the German citizens who helped us. At the airport, they showed us where to buy subway tickets and how to validate them. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. There was a fan... more

The Hotel Adler is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the main railroad station (and my wife and I don't walk fast!). Our room was small, but adequate for our needs, as we were passing through town. It would probably not have been comfortable for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending an excellent restaurant... more

I stayed here for two nights in April, 2009. The hotel is located very close to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, which was very convenient. I took a wrong turn following the directions to the hotel. I think the street a block north of the hotel is the first time I felt unsafe in Europe. As such I did not explore the... more

From my previous experience, hotels located near train stations in Europe are cheap and conveniently located but tend to be in seedy areas. However the Hotel Adler proved to be a very pleasant surprise. While Niddastrasse crosses the Red Light District, at least the sex clubs are one block away from the hotel entrance. Also, if you walk to the... more

The location is very good, however its vicinity is full of sex shops, which is a little bit disappointing. Previously there had been a huge storm which apparently ruined the satellite system and also did something to the wifi, but the staff was very helpful and gave us the key to the breakfast room as there was wifi there while... more

Stayed in a quad room- room had more than enough space as did the bathroom. A quick 5 minute walk from the train station, if you can find it. The street that its on is divided by a row of businesses, a little tricky to find at first. The area its in is not the best and its about a... more

I needed a hotel in Frankfurt for a night at each end of my trip to and from Malta via Frankfurt. I wanted something inexpensive and near the main train station. I found the Hotel Adler on-line and liked what I saw: a single room, inclusive of taxes and breakfast, for 39 Euros a night. It seemed a great value... more
