This was a great hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was spacious (had even an own big balcony), breakfast was included and tasty. The location is also perfect - next to the main train station and about 1,5km from the city centre and from the most famous shopping street Zeil. I can gladly recommend, if you're looking... More

This was a stopover for us enroute to France and we only stayed one night following a 20 hour journey . Located less than 5 minutes from the Hbf (central train station) and just 2 tram stops away from the Historic district and less than a km from one of Frankfurts newest and slick Shopping malls i can't say enough... I stayed there for a day in june 2014. Location is excellent, few blocks from the frankfurt-main station. This is the heart of the city. I took a single bed riom. The room is small but was sufficiently well equipped. The best part was the person at the lobby. Extremely helpful, in few minutes he explained me how I should... More

My friends and I got stranded in Frankfurt for the night and were looking for somewhere cheap and close to the train station. We stumbled upon this hidden gem! The receptionist was beyond friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had something to eat early in the morning so we could catch our train... More

We arrived and were greeted by welcoming and helpful reception staff, before being taken to our über clean room- complete with gummi bears on the pillow! The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the train station and most attractions are not too far on foot. The continental breakfast was enjoyable and the hotel allowed us to leave our... More

The hotel is within minutes walk to the railway station even with luggage. The entrance to hotel was through an arcade way off the main road although it can be just as easily accessed off the side streets, which appeared sleazy at night but presented no problem to us.The staff were very accommodating with our late arrival due to airline... This was a highly functional small hotel in Frankfurt. Typically small European style rooms, with a single bed, since I was a single. That is one of the funny peculiarities of budget/middle class hotels in Europe. Very convenient to the train station and far enough from the drug addled distrct that their is no infestation. Included breakfast is typically German--centered... More

We stayed at Hotel Adler on December 6 for two nights. We shared a triple room (all single beds) located in the roof. Both room and spacious private bathroom were clean. Room may not be as big as North America standards but it was big enough for all of us. The only negative side is that there is no control... More

We stayed here only one night, the last of our European vacation before going home. The staff were friendly and the room, while small, was clean, comfortable and perfectly fine. The location is conveniently close (an easy walk even with luggage) to the main train station. The Internet was FREE (watch out … the one “extra” thing some European hotels... More

I was sent to the Frankfurt Book Fair on a very short notice and this was the hotel that fitted my budget - which was not too small for the German standards. You can imagine how full the city was at the time. I've spent the whole week there and the hotel worked. It is very close to the central... More
