excellent location; quiet; clean rooms; friendly staff. Parking garage (reasonably prized) next door. The carpet in the hallway is a bit old and could be renewed.

Already published in NH facebook page... Got to NH Frankfurt City with two PAID rooms. I was told AT 7PM that rooms were not ready since a group left late! After my husband moved our own baggage into the "storage" room, we left, had dinner, came back two hours after, and a careless "gentleman", evidently eating his dinner (literally chewing)... More

The hotel is clean and have sound proof rooms which makes is comfortable. The staff are alright. The beat part is the location of the hotel which makes it easy to go shopping or take a stroll in the city.

Hotel is very close to the city center, near Zeil strasse, very clean and nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the bbreakfast room. We had a nice stay!

We were a large group of people who stayed for 3 nights. About 15-20 min with cab from the airport. It was clean, spacious enough rooms and ok breakfast. The hotel was a 4 minutes walk from the main shopping street Zeil. Some of the staff were not so service minded, but it did not reduce the overall excperience significantly.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights during Light+Building 2012 fair event. The hotel is well located, just couple of minutes walk from Zeil (shopping street), good access to restaurants, public transportation and taxis.
