I have stayed here 4 nights for a business trip a year ago, and paid 180€ / night (during Musikmesse in April). For almost a year, I have been in discussion with the hotel to try to get my money back. Indeed, I have been severely bitten by bed bugs there. I also have terrible pictures from my body, but... My wife and I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transit. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm from Oslo and left approximately 12 hours later for our return to the United States. I can't imagine needing anything more. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and it felt like a secure location, considering the 24 hour... More

So maybe 3 stars standard is different from place to place? Because this place was NOT 3 stars. No where close. I got the feel like it was some nasty hotel where who knows what happened. Definitely not a place for a family. It was really close to the train station though--so we spent as much time as possible out... More

Convenient location near train station, about 4 minute walk. Restaurants near. Safe, comfortable. Good breakfast. Wifi good. Front desk staff great. Red light district very close, but avoided if walking from Bahnhof on Kaiserstrasse and turning right on Moselstrasse. Construction in progress on building, but caused no problem.

We found this hotel very average - nothing special. Small rooms and sign lights from street keeping you awake at night. I do not like a shower curtain at all - I feel its unhygienic and cold against ones body. Worst coffee ever in the room ! Staff was very friendly though.

Room was clean, room was cheap, staff were nice. When I had a problem with my room key card they gave me a new room without me having to ask. As far as it being next to the red-light district, if this sort of thing bothers you stay in another part of town.

This is a pretty basic hotel. You get what you pay for... It's cheap and in return the location isn't great and they don't really do much to clean your room every day (no new tea/coffee, left dirty cups etc). Biggest problem for me was the wifi. It says that there is wifi throughout. But it is extremely intermittent and... More

Positives: internally clean - room cleaned daily, en-suite bathroom and TV ok, close to Railway Station, bars and cafés, walking distance of town centre Negatives: loud street noise goes on most of the night, every night preventing proper sleep - had to have window open due to lack of air conditioning in hot weather so don't know what it would... Dirty, revolting hotel with bed bugs that bit me the whole night. When I told reception, they were not surprised. No fan in my room, was so hot I wanted to die. Do not stay here. Breakfast is not good, only one lift, rooms TINY, not clean. Pay extra and stay elsewhere.

We needed a cheap room for two nights in Frankfurt and had to book in a hurry. Good points: It's cheap and very close to the railway station. There are plenty of cheap eats all around and a great bakery on the next corner for a quality breakfast. Bad points: In two days the power went out in our room... More
